PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION LAW No. 196/03, art. 13

According to clause 13 of Italian Law no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Privacy Code”), this disclaimer describes the methods to be used regarding the treatment of personal data in relation to the use of the website “gloriagiobbi.it” (the “Site”) and to the services offered with said Site.

DATA CONTROLLER

The personal data controller is Gloria Giobbi, which has its legal headquarters in Milan, Italy.

CATEGORIES AND TYPES OF DATA TREATED

The website gloriagiobbi.it will treat personal data gathered during the navigation and use of this Site, as well as possible any other services, through electronic and automatic means, also by third parties (see the following section entitled “Cookies”).

NAVIGATION DATA

Certain kinds of personal data is implicitly gathered by gloriagiobbi.it IT system during normal use of Internet communication protocols, like the domain name and the IP addresses of the computers utilized by users, the addresses in notations of requested resources, the hour of requests, and other parameters related to the operating system and to the user’s IT environment. This data is not gathered in order to identify the user. Your personal data could be treated for the following objectives:

METHODS OF TREATMENT

Personal data is treated with automatic tools by third parties (for example social sharing), with logics which are strictly related to the same objectives, and only for the time that is needed to carry out the aims for which the data was gathered.

RANGE OF DATA COMMUNICATION

Any treatment related to the web services of gloriagiobbi.it are attended to by myself or by data treatment specialists of gloriagiobbi.it.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

I inform you that the Privacy Code confers you with specific rights. In particular, at any moment you may obtain: a) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data pertaining to you, even if it is not registered yet, and its communication in a comprehensible form; b) indication of the origin of personal data, the aims and methods of treatment as well as the logic applied in the case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools; c) indication of the data controller’s and specialist’s identifying personal data as well as that of subjects or categories of subjects to which personal data can be communicated or that can access said data; d) the updating, rectification and integration of data, as well as cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be conserved in relation to the aims for which the data was gathered or later treated; e) the declaration that the operations mentioned in letter d) have been brought to the attention, also in regard to their content, to those to whom the data was communicated, apart from cases in which that fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means which are manifestly out of proportion in regard to the protected right. The interested party, according to clause 7 of the Privacy Code, also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of personal data, even if pertinent to the aims of gathering said data, as well as treatment of personal data whose aim is to send promotional communications or for any other aims for which consent was given.
All the rights foreseen by clause 7 of Italian law no. 196/03 can be exercised by writing to gloriagiobbi.it by sending an email to info@gloriagiobbi.it.
